2013 marked RUNRIG S 40th Anniversary as a band. To celebrate this remarkable achievement Anniversary concerts were organised in Denmark, Germany and Scotland. The concert in Scotland, which took place on Saturday August 10th 2013 was filmed and recorded and as a result the band are now releasing both a DVD and a Blu-Ray recording of the event in its ENTIRETY as well as a 3 x CD package. The CD package includes a 16 page SOUVENIR BOOKLET and the 2 XDVD and BLU-RAY has a 20 page SOUVENIR BOOKLET. A full marketing campaign at both a National Press and Radio Level commences on March 3rd. Media attention will be considerable so anticipate an excellent sales demand.Reviews and articles will appear in The Guardian, Observer and the Telegraph as well as The Scotsman and The Daily Record.Radio support will be forthcoming from BBC Radio 2 , Clyde 2 , Forth 2 and local BBC Radio.
