Their interpretation of Dvořák's Ninth Symphony could not have been more sophisticated. Gil Shaham, one of the greatest violinists of our time, delivers a formidable interpretation of the complex and demanding Brahms Violin Concerto, already having recorded this concerto with Abbado in 2000.
